I personally was the type of person who was in love with the idea that if someone made "millions" then I had to follow them, and they must be a great leader. Boy did I find out the hard way, that that is just not true. Don't let the Money fool you. Because of that experience I have made it a point to focus on aspiring to BE like the leader IS as opposed to HAVING what he has. As far as cursing, lol..I must admit, I have a bit of a construction mouth, and I don't know that that qualifies a person not to be a good leader...I think that is a matter of personality and whether you feel that's wrong or whatever, doesn't bother me..
