Successful Entrepreneurs – Part Two

by Paul Cooley on May 21, 2009

nicoleAlright here is part two of What Makes A Successful Entrepreneur – Part 2! Today I want to introduce you to Nicole Dean who is also a guest speaker for our Entrepreneurship Workshop.

Nicole Dean is an Internet Marketer, Affiliate Manager and extremelly knowledgeable when it comes to getting the job done through Outsourcing. Nicole will be giving you the details on how to Outsource effectively and get the most bang for your buck. Nicole also works with Jimmy D. Brown and takes care of all the affiliate tasks and is the author of Outsource Weekly.

I haven’t known Nicole for very long, but I truly think she is a great person! She has a fun loving personality and is not affraid to be herself. From what I have seen, these are the qualities that has made her successful online…

First and foremost, like I just said, she is NOT affraid to be herself. I believe this is huge! So many are trying to fit the “cookie cutter” mold of every other Internet Marketer out there that they leave their personality out of their business.

People are tired of the corprate thing, they want a face, a personality and a real person to talk to and do business with. Nicole Dean has done a great job with that… Anyone that does a podcast titled: “Poop Happens and Wrestling with Moths” is not affraid to be herself! :)

Which leads to the next thing…. You can’t get away with writing posts like that unless you can back it up with good content, which Nicole does! She knows what she is talking about and she knows how to run a home business and be a mom at the same time… which is a BIG accomplishment! She is a great example of that you CAN be a parent and run a successful online business. Take notes! :)

Another thing I have noticed is she makes herself available. She is not impossible to get a hold of and is willing to help. Which is something I am really starting to appreciate in a person in our Industry!

Nicole has also done a great job using different Social Marketing tools such as Twitter to connect with people and build her business. Twitter is actually how I first found out about Nicole, so that is cool! :)

I’m sure one of the biggest things Nicole has learned how to do in order to build and run a successful business is to Outsource. As we are going to hear about in our Entrepreneurship Workshop, Outsourcing has played a big part in Nicole’s business. I believe this was a very smart move on Nicole’s part and she is going to show us how she does it successfuly.

The thing I appreciate the most about Nicole is, she adds value wherever she goes. She is willing to give freely and I believe that is why she stands out from so many. Thank you Nicole for being such a great example to our Industry! I look forward to talking with you more. :)

See you at the Workshop!
